This community symposium will address issues regarding advance directives, palliative care and the MOLST Form (Medical Orders for Life Sustaining Treatment) with featured speakers Rob Horowitz, MD, Patricia Bomba, MD, FACP and Jane Greenlaw, RN, JD.
Specialists will be on site to assist with completing Living Wills.
Refreshments will be provided.
